Summary/Abstract: In this study; Registration documents filled in on various dates by 53 people working in the CHP central and provincial organization in Gümüşhane province were examined and the general profiles of party officials were aimed to be obtained through the data obtained. The fact that many of the officials stated that they were members of the Republican People's Party since the establishment date and that the membership dates in the archive documents continued during the period when the CHP was in power alone caused the periodic range of the study to be determined as 1923-1950. The printed registry documents prepared by the CHP General Secretariat consisted of 13 questions in total. While most of these documents were filled in by the officers' own handwriting, a few were answered using a typewriter. Within the scope of the research, the questions in the registry document were gathered under four categories in order to provide more understandable information about the officers.
