Summary/Abstract: This paper explains the motivation as one of the most important factors in theadvancement and education of the individual. The methods of motivation in educationalinstitutions in terms of different approaches to the problems of each individual teacher wereshown. Educational institutions must take responsibility in terms of adequate representationof all the motivational resources, clear instructions on situational applications thereof. Theresults of research are aimed to provide feedback to teachers about the opinions that exist ineducation and to encourage them to perform self-analysis regarding the application ofappropriate motivation methods.
