Summary/Abstract: The displacement of text from the center of theatrical works creates the space for the emergence of postdramatic theatre and also makes possible other interventions such as happenings and performance, in which the body and the audience become protagonists, sometimes blurring the line between life and art. Digital Social Networks constitute a new space used by female artists and poets to expand, project, and develop their creative expression. They also use these virtual territories as a tool to deconstruct patriarchal society and as an instrument of subversion and transgression. Therefore, many of the interventions they carry out in these settings have a strong component of political and social activism, establishing continuity between the public and private spheres; they thus become spaces for (re)presentation. Included in these interventions are those that aim to dismantle patriarchal constructions of women’s bodies, such as the #brelfie campaign. In this context, we analyze a transmedia lactivist action performed by Estíbaliz Espinosa, a Galician poet and multidisciplinary artist, and we establish outward connections to a world of both historical and contemporary artistic images of breastfeeding.
