Summary/Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to determine teachers’ lifelong learning (LLL) tendencies. It is also aimed to reveal the variables that are associated to the LLL tendencies and to predict its levels. This research, which was a relational model, was utilised in spring term of 2017–2018 academic year. The participants of the study consisted of 199 teachers working at various school levels associated with the Ministry of National Education. According to the results of the study, it was found that demographic, occupational variables and the burnout in the multiple linear regression analysis were significant predictors of LLL tendency. When the variables are considered one by one, it is concluded that the predictors of teachers’ LLL tendencies are age, occupational seniority and burnout.
