Summary/Abstract: The article is to show, in a very condensed form, how security issues were reflected both in the course of service and in the daily life of a Home Army soldier. This is illustrated by the example of the Armed Forces Headquarters in the country. It brings up, among others, such problems as the security of conspirational meetings, mail exchanges, transfer of service materials. It also discusses underground premises and the rules for using them, as well as false documents that allowed for relatively safe movement around the city. The situations described in the article are illustrated with actual cases from archival materials or memories.
