Summary/Abstract: The increasing use of artificial satellites, satellite data and orbital traffic are a prerequisite for maintaining the long-term sustainability and safety of space technology. The current increase in commercial space activities, the presence of more than 2,000 operating satellites in space, as well as the growing number of private companies and non-governmental organizations require the necessityfor research and effective implementation of contemporary legislation in the field.
