Summary/Abstract: The Three Seas initiative should be established as one of the most important initiatives demonstrating the vitality of the transatlantic link. There is a real prospect during the Bulgarian presidency in 2021 that the TSI will emerge from the bosom of political speech and manifestos and begin its materialization.
