Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this report is to explore the fundamental concepts of legal science and jurisprudence – legal principles and legal norms. The two categories are a subject of a long-lasting and incessant analysis of their similarities and differences, because of their undeniable importance for science in general. The study also seeks to distinguish between controversial and indisputable, comparing the concepts of legal principle and legal norm.
