Summary/Abstract: In this study, the effect of flexible work on job satisfaction and turnover intention was investigated. Related literature about flexible work, job satisfaction and intention to quit were reviewed. A survey was conducted with 217 people working in a telecommunication company in Istanbul via questionnaire form prepared within the scope of this study. Flexible Working Scale developed by Albion (2004) and adapted into Turkish by Çamlı (2010) with 12 items was used to measure the attitudes of the participants towards flexible work. Job Satisfaction Scale developed by Brayfield and Rothe (1951), shortened by Yoon and Thye (2002) and adapted into Turkish by Kuşluvan and Kuşluvan (2005) with 5 items was used to measure the job satisfaction of the participants. Turnover Intention Scale developed by Mobley, Horner and Hollingsworth (1978), and adapted into Turkish by Örücü and Özafşarlıoğlu (2013) with 3 items was used to measure the intention to quit. In data analysis, explanatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis were used. According to the findings, it has been determined that the attitudes of the employees towards flexible working arrangements, especially for IT sector, have a partial effect on job satisfaction and intention to quit.
