Summary/Abstract: After declaring independence, Albenia faced a serious problem, with the borders issue, due to the claims of Serbia and Greece. Even despite the determination at the wide border lines of Albania, there were two contentious points, the Vermosh’s and St. Naum’s, that forced the Kingdoms of SKS and Albania to turn to international institutions. For Albania’s borders was discussed in the Paris Peace Conference, while for its resolution were involved the most important international institutions such as: Ambassador’s Conference, Association of Nations, International Court of Justice etc. After many discussions and debates the issue of the borders of Albania was finally closed in 1926 with the signing of the agreement between the governments of Albania and Yugoslavia.
