Summary/Abstract: Perception and application forms of corporate culture examined comparatively in USA, Japan and Turkey. The importance of the environment and local cultures that shape the corporate culture, the orientation to a general management approach in the World and the inability to implement this uniform management approach due to cultural differences were mentioned. By giving information about the applications of successful companies in the USA and Japan, the characteristics of the ideal corporate culture have been revealed. The importance of leadership in the ideal corporate culture, passion for action and human-oriented management issues are emphasized. Finally, all the World cannot be a valid corporate culture, emphasized that the experience will need to develop a consistent corporate culture to the surrounding culture-specific suggestions were made for improving Turkey.
