Summary/Abstract: The increasing importance of knowledge, rapid developments in information and communication technologies caused changes on habits in the field of work, academic, social lives and so on. Education is one of these areas. Today, information technology products and internet have become indispensable components of the education. Also different educational terms come into our lives such as e-learning, mobile learning, r-learning. People, have the chance to improve themselves by participating in online trainings without the constraints of time and space. In addition to this, especially corporate companies are providing trainings to their employees through learning management systems contributes to the improvement of its employees in both the professional and technical issues. However, awareness of these developments, usage of internet and information technologies and attitude towards the new learning methods are interesting topics. This study aims to find out results such as how and how much individuals benefit from internet and available technological devices for their education, in particular do they use mobile devices, are aware of them and what their opinions about new education methods are. Within the scope of this study, we used a questionnaire consisting of two different types of questions as multiple choices and five point Likert scale to learn demographic information, internet and computer usage in individual education and attitudes towards internet based and mobile education. For the internal and external validity of the questionnaire the expert opinion is taken and questionnaire is applied to the five people who represent the sample of the study as well as possible then with the feedbacks questionnaire is revised.
