Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between middle school eighth grade students' reading anxiety, motivation levels and reading comprehension skills. In the study conducted with the relational screening model, the study group consists of 286 students studying in the city center of Aksaray. “Reading Comprehension Scale” (Uyar, 2015), “Reading Anxiety Scale” (Melanlıoğlu, 2014b) and “Reading Motivation Scale for Texts” (İleri Aydemir & Öztürk, 2013) were used as data collection tools in the study. SPSS package program was used to analyze the data. According to the findings, students' reading comprehension, reading motivation and reading anxiety scores show normal distribution. As a result of the study, it was found that middle school eighth grade students' reading comprehension and reading motivation were high, and their reading anxiety was low. According to another finding, there is a high level, positive and significant relationship between reading comprehension and reading motivation of eighth grade students participating in the study; a moderate, negative and significant relationship between reading comprehension and reading anxiety; It was determined that there is a moderate, negative and significant relationship between reading anxiety and reading motivation.
