Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author makes a comparative analysis of the Family Law of Montenegro and the Family Law of Serbia. The first part of this complex comparison analyses the similarities and differences in the sphere of marriage, ie. in the sphere of conditions for the legal perfection of marriage.
