Summary/Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the views of the participants about a teaching practicum conducted in the scope of two-term compulsory undergraduate course, Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language, at the Linguistics Department of Necmettin Erbakan University. The practicum was carried out at the Centre for Turkish Language Teaching, Research and Application (KONDIL) to enable students to observe and experience how the theoretical knowledge they had in the previous courses was put into practice. Within the process, the students were asked to observe the classes and give a lesson in accordance with the syllabus prepared in advance. Case study was used as a method in the study, and the study group was composed of the Linguistics students and the teachers at KONDIL. The data collected using semi-structured forms in face to face and focus group interviews were thematically grouped and analysed through the content analysis method. It was concluded that the application of the theoretical TTFL undergraduate courses through various activities in language centres could contribute to the field, and it was recommended that domain-specific curriculums should be developed.
