Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate the certification program which is designed to teach Turkish as a foreign language in terms of theory, practice, content and functionality based on the viewpoint of trainees. To achieve this, the opinions of the people who attended the teaching Turkish as foreign language certification program were applied and the related studies were examined. The participants consisted of 15 people who received Teaching Turkish as Foreign Language Certificate from the language teaching center, which was established as a unit of a state university. A 32-item questionnaire was administered to the participants, 2 of which were open-ended questions. The data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed using traditional coding system (descriptive coding). Results; General Information about the Program, Theoretical Lessons and Application Lessons were evaluated in the context of the themes and subcategories of these themes.
