Summary/Abstract: This study aims to determine the total effect size of individual studies, which have examined the relationship between organizational identification and organizational cynicism in the national literature, with the help of meta-analysis method. For this purpose, the data obtained from 13 individual studies (n = 3341) were tested with random effects model in Comprehensive Meta Analysis (CMA) software program by scanning individual studies with determined keywords. According to the results, it was seen that the effect size, which indicates the level of the relationship between organizational identification and organizational cynicism, was at medium level (ES =-0,301, p <0.005). Effect sizes of individual studies at 95% confidence interval are between the lower and upper limit ranges (-0,474) and (-0,107). Moderator analyses were also conducted to test whether there were differences according to the type of publication, year of publication, organizational identification scales, organizational cynicism scales and the sector in which the individual studies were conducted. In the national literature, the relationship between organizational identification and organizational cynicism has been presented comprehensively.
