The Computer Fraud

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the regulation of a new type of offence under Bulgarian law - the computer fraud. Its general and specific characteristics are highlighted. A comparison is made between the new regulation and the one, which existed before - the ordinary and document fraud. The drawbacks of the new regulation are pointed out and suggestions for its improvement are made.
