Summary/Abstract: Materials for this paper we have researched in the Kosovo State Archives Agency, materials, which are located in the sector of documents and digitized materials. These materials we have compared with different literature of Albanian and foreign historiography. Special attention in this newspaper was the focus of Albanian-Ottoman relations. The newspaper “Dašamiri” widely dealt with the interests of the Balkan states and their propaganda against Albanians. Also, the newspaper “Dašamiri” constantly propagated against the Balkan countries, which appeared as enemy countries of the Albanians. The newspaper also paid attention to social life, trade, and infrastructure developments in the Vilayet of Kosovo.
