Summary/Abstract: Ion Horea spends his childhood in Vaidei, the village of eternal return, a space that marked his existence, forever. In his poetry Ion Horea shows that the entire community of rural universe is reported to the communion with heaven and myth. The purpose of this work is to reveal the way that Ion Horea`s poetry, organically linked to the cultural tradition of transylvanian area, offers generous opportunity to return to the sources and also to establish communication links, formulas for living and artistic thinking, in order to express the eternal values of rural community. In the face of a world whose destiny is marked by uncertainty, transcendent or immanence, the poet is able to revive the symbols which approach Mureş River to Styx, and village Vaidei to Heaven.
