Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence systems have been around since the 1950s and are an integral part of the technological revolution. It is one of the areas of considerable interest and investment. The development of artificial intelligence has led to the creation of systems that can compete with and in some cases surpass human intelligence. The development of artificial intelligence can lead to a radical change in human life and, in particular, the reconstruction of issues related to labor law. Artificial intelligence systems pose a number of problems with respect to individual rights and obligations. As technology replaces more human labor, our individual responsibilities become more obscure. Therefore, in the context of the development of artificial intelligence systems, it is important to examine its compliance with human rights, fundamental freedoms and ethical norms in this article.
