Summary/Abstract: The summit of Sibiu was an informal meeting with historical claims, a political failure that Romania has registered. A failure which was extended to U.E., the increasingly tired and confused. For U.E. and for Romania, it will follow an increasingly bleak period due to the skepticism of some of the member countries who have invested hopes in the virtues of the „European Family”.
