Summary/Abstract: The paper describes from the point of view of a social needs and political aids and goals the development of a standardization and normalization of the Teacher´s profession during the 20th century. The main interest focuses on the standardization after the regime change twenty years ago. Author as the eyewitness and the co-creator tries to explain the ideas of the standardization of the teaching profession from the point of view pedagogical roots, developed during the years 2008−2009.
