Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the views on the main characteristics of neologisms of the type бизнесцентър/бизнес център (business center) in the Bulgarian language. The authors analyze the reasons for their occurrence and establishment in our language and consider the peculiarities in the dynamics of these formations. They go on to present the approach to the lexicographic description of these neologisms adopted in the academic Dictionary of New Words in the Bulgarian Language (from the First Two Decades of the 21st Century).
