Good crisis management seeks to mitigate damage caused by an abnormal situation. In this case, it is important to guide the actions of leaders to make efficient decisions that are beneficial for the company. Assuming corresponding responsibility, setting an example, and managing communication tools effectively restores the credibility of the affected organization. While the communications department or PR Agency may stand up for the organization, the role of the manager, who is the main leader of the company, cannot be replaced.
