Summary/Abstract: In this study, as a current development, the Regulation which was declared in the Official Gazette dated 06 January 2021, Nr. 31356, allowing amendment on the Regulation on Portable Property dedicated to Turkish Armed Forces, National Intelligance Agency and General Directorate of Security, has been evaluated in terms of Turkey's internal security and developments in the region. An expression of opinion is set forth that; the amendments - when considered the current threats facing Turkey and the entire World – are signs of a foresight developed to maintain public order and national security.
