The constitutional notion of family agricultural holding and its statutory deformation. The one case study

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the notion of family agricultural holding in polish law. The specificity of this notion is the fact, that it belongs to several legal acts. The article treats about the definitions of family agricultural holding in polish Contitution and act of shaping of agricultural structure. Analysis concerns distinctions in interpretating the notions in these acts, with particular reference to decisions of polish Constitutional Court. In conclusion authors submit own opinion on superiority of notion of family agricultural holding in Constitution.
