Summary/Abstract: The study contains the report from conference (23th May, 2012) held place at the Alcide De Gasperi University of Euroregional Economy on the theory and practice of juvenile crime. Participants represented universities from across the Poland. All the participants presented the results of their researchs. Discussions were contentrated on contemporary view and range of juvenile crime, methods of counteracting and the impacts of selected conditions for the development of new forms of crime in that group. The summary and assessment of the results will be published in monography in 2013. That publication for sure will be useful in didactic and research process.
