Summary/Abstract: The paper presents, from the perspective of spiritual, aesthetic, artistic and historical significance, some of the most relevant works of Islamic art in Spain from the blooming period of Muslim culture in it. The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part we develop discourse about the Great Mosque in Cordoba, one of the most famous monuments of religious art of Islam.
