Summary/Abstract: To be considered a standard language, it is necessary to establish its core disciplines: grammar, lexicography and orthography, and to codify its morphological, syntactic, lexical and orthographic structure through drawing and writing vocabulary, spelling and grammar. In the case of the Arabic language, the basic motive of activities that can be characterized as first steps in the process of standardizing and establishing the said disciplines was the effort to prevent wrong reciting Qur'an i.e., to ensure the prerequisites for correct reading and reciting.
