Summary/Abstract: It is generally known that various qurʼanic recitations constitute an important qurʼanic science for understanding and interpreting the Qurʼan. In the case of mutawāṭir recitations, they may be considered as the method of interpreting the Qurʼan by the Qurʼan, while in the case of shādhdh recitations, whose authenticity has been confirmed on the basis of individual prophetic traditions (āḥad), they may be regarded as the method of interpreting the Qur’an with the Hadith. On the other hand, recitations have a practical dimension in the sense of coherent application through the form of tilāwah. This article aims to present various ways of practical implementation of the recitation variants on the basis of the principles established within the tradition of obtaining recitation certificates (ijāzāt).
