Summary/Abstract: In this text authoress makes an attempt to demonstrate how the specific mechanisms of triangulation and coupling framed Bulgarian literary history. It is this combination of triangles and intellectual couples that preserved male domination in the face of the claims made by women's writing. The authoress shows that two women-poets had particular importance in subverting those mechanisms through a number of strategies.
