Summary/Abstract: At European level and in general, the number of crimes committed on children is growing, which supposes a particular focus on violence, namely the sexual ones, whose victims are children, because they strike more deeply the human consciousness. The increase of this type of crime surely imposes the adoption of some efficient prevention measures that should mainly be based on the social and economic domain.
