Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the possibilities of using elements of applied behavioral analysis (ABA therapy) in children with neurodevelopmental disorders who received ABA therapy in the early care center. The main goal of the research was to determine the effect of the use of elements of applied behavioral analysis in selected children with neurodevelopmental disorders, both in terms of the course and progress in therapy, and in terms of parents of children. Qualitative research was carried out through content-based systematic analysis of documents, semi-structured questionnaires and case studies. The results showed that the elements of applied behavioral analysis had a certain effect on all children involved in this research, more obvious to some, less apparent to others. The least obvious results seemed to be in a girl with developmental dysphasia, on the contrary in boys with childhood and atypical autism the results were obvious in a shorter period of time and to a greater extent. An important co-factor of the effectiveness of the therapy proved to be the child's family and its cooperation with other experts. The combination with other used therapies and methods also proved to be beneficial.
