Summary/Abstract: Current studies about regional vocabulary showed that one of the largest semantic groupwithin it is a culinary vocabulary. In a hereby paper I looked only for the names of regionalfood, beverages and food stuffs, set in the newest Polish dictionaries. I presented their semanticdescription as well as I emphasized few issues related to lexical analyze of compiled passwords.
