Summary/Abstract: Aim: In this context, the study aimed to determine the attitudes of students taking accounting course at Çankırı Karatekin University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences towards accounting education. Another aim of the study is to measure the relationship of students attitudes towards accounting education with demographic characteristics. Method: The population of the research consists of students who take accounting courses in Çankırı Karatekin University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The research was carried out with 330 students between 01.05.2020 and 01.10.2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic was common. In the study, a questionnaire form was used as a data collection tool and students were reached with an online questionnaire. By using SPSS v.22 package program for data analysis; data analysis was done with Frequency, T-Test, One Way Anova analysis. Findings: As a result of the analysis, it was determined that students attitudes towards accounting education differ in terms of gender, age, income level and average academic performance variables. Results: Accounting lessons for students are not fun. Students are stressful while studying accounting classes. However, accounting courses are necessary for the department and working life they choose. It has been concluded that the accounting course is important for the profession they want to have in the future.
