Summary/Abstract: Scenography is a complex art that aims tomodel the imagination of the public using visual messagestransmitted by the association of concrete elements.Architectural documentation through sketches capturesthis aspect. Details of both their execution and their senseof observation are also very important. The science ofdetailing helps in both architecture and scenography.Through parallelism with architecture, scenographersdevelop concepts such as: space and character, space andlight etc. Speaking of space as a boundless entity thatcontains and surrounds all objects, it is defined by whatman perceives, full and empty, shadow and light, timetravel, having an aesthetic dimension that is perceivedhistorically and stylistically, differently. The scenographerartist aims, by presenting the plastic elements, in afinished form, in the setting, to stimulate the spectator’s imagination using all this vocabulary similar to that of an architect.
