Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the restoration of an iron decorated ‘tack’ with a diameter of about 20 cm, which was discovered in the area of the Dacian fortresses. The method of restoration is conventional mechanical cleaning alternating with ultrasonic cleaning, for the object’s ornaments.
