Summary/Abstract: The contribution focuses on Christian coaching as one of the possible and available tools to improve the quality of educating children. Christian coaching in education is considered by the author to be the tool that can raise the self-awareness of children, help them find their own solutions, support them in their increase of responsibility and help them to develop listening attitude. The author believes that coaching questions and techniques should allow the respectful and partnership approach to children, based on setting the boundaries and natural consequences for behaviour; on the confidence in children and on their desire to grow. Respectful dialogue and confidential listening to children is, according to her, the path to fostering self-esteem in children. In two chapters, the author suggests the way of respectful dialogue and confidential listening so as it is safe for children.
