Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with selected problems of communication. The author focused on the current problems and shortcomings in communicating in the school environment. Attention is focused on the devaluation manifestations of the pupils against the teachers, the causes and consequences of inappropriate communication between teachers and pupils. In the contribution, we also deal with bullying in the school environment in the context of communication and interaction in the school environment. All that is supportes by domestic and foreign researches.
