Summary/Abstract: Law no. 167/2020, republished, amends and completes the Government Ordinance no. 137/2000 on the prevention and sanctioning of all forms of discrimination, by defining and disciplinary sanctioning, contraventional or criminal, of the moral harassment. Also, the law modifies art. 6 of the Law no. 202/2002 on equal opportunities and treatment between women and men, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, by prohibiting moral harassment at work on the basis of sex.
