Summary/Abstract: Victims of sexual violence must be compensated under a national system of compensation for victims of intentional crimes committed through violence in a "fair and appropriate" manner, taking into account the seriousness of the consequences for the victims of the committed crime and to represent an adequate contribution to the reparation of the material and moral suffered damage.
