Summary/Abstract: This article presents an empirical study carried out to evaluate and analyze elevated anxiety symptoms, post-traumatic stress disorder, and moral trauma in COVID-19 frontline healthcare professionals. Building my argument by drawing on data collected from BMA, CDC, CPHA, Gallup, Ginger, ICF, IPPR, Potloc, Statista, Viamo, and YouGov, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding physician and nurse workplace stressors throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Data collected from 3,800 respondents are tested against the research model. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
