Summary/Abstract: Our nowadays war is an undeclared one, in which civilians are taking part, where there is no clear line between the state of peace and the state of war, as the intention is to gain the battle of perception, by carrying out propaganda activities, disinformation campaigns which poison the population’s mental state, creating thus a parallel reality.
