Summary/Abstract: This research focuses on student’s implication in solving study cases in work groups. The study is based on a questionnaire that reflects the motives of choosing the members of the work group, the level of implication in solving the study case, the perception of the role students had in their work groups and in solving the study case. The questionnaire was applied on a sample of 57 undergraduate students, second year. The results show that applying the work group study method is more appreciated that the individual study due to the following reasons: the possibility of debating ideas, the multitude of generated ideas, the trust in the work group members and the competition spirit.
