Summary/Abstract: Each period has its own characteristic traits and it differs from the previous ones. This is also the case in human relationships between generations of grandfathers, fathers and sons. The view of reality, events and affairs is often diametrically different, because it is determined by different experience, knowledge, value hierarchy, and life vitality. For smooth and harmonious coexistence of simultaneous generations, it is necessary for them to lead a communication which is open, patient and prejudice unburdened. It is important for everyone to be aware of the time and personality differences. The atmosphere of acceptance, healthy tolerance, openness, mutual respect and love is the way to a happy life for all.
