Summary/Abstract: Modern transformations in career development are associated with a number of changes in the roles and responsibilities in this area of both the individual and organizations. In this regard, there is a growing interest in researching good practices for organizational support of career development. The main purpose of the article is to analyze and present current practices for organizational support of career development, based on a study of the results of research in this area. The main source of information are the results of studied specialized research in the field of practical tools for organizational support of career development. To achieve this goal, two main research tasks are performed: presentation of current characteristics and components of the organizational support of career development; research, selection and presentation of good practices for career planning and consulting.
