Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the variety of aspects related to the decision of making (or not making) an existential choice in Petar Krumov’s novel A Hearse, Two Rhinos (2017) and examines how such decisions affect the main character’s psyche and behaviour. The objective of this paper is to explore the value of freedom to the individual in the context of 21st-century society.
