These mechanisms include forms and procedures by which the state applies the legal norms in accordance with the legal provisions. Therefore, the contemporary studies of the supremacy of law are focused not only on the essence and validity of the principle, but suggest instruments for its implementation. The article explores the notion of supremacy of law in the information society and considers new manifestations of the principle.
