Pilot study on the basis of IPMA POLAND certification results

Summary/Abstract: The authors discussed IPMA Competence Baseline, 4-L-C certification system, and substantive essentials of certification on IPMA-D level. In a part related to presentation of statistical pilot study, performed on the data collected between 2015–2016 by the Certification Office of IPMA Poland, potential areas of project managerial competence that need to be developed and improved have been identified, as well as the direction and scope of further study on much larger data sample.
